
I love sorbet. I used to think it was so healthy, after all its just fruit right?? I realized that most sorbet is rarely just fruit and is often laden with sugar. This past week I made an amazing all fruit sorbet smoothie. Which was cheap..because I made it and healthy because i controlled what was in it.
2 Frozen Mangos
1 Handful of Black berries
1/2 cup of Orange Juice.
Mix and Enjoy.
